REGISTRATION
Welcome to the registration page!
 
It is the policy of 8th ERNAPE Conference that all persons attending the meeting are required to register. Registration is not transferable.
 
The registration fee includes:
  •     access to all symposia, parallel and plenary sessions;
  •     entrance to opening and closing cerimony;
  •     conference Welcome Kit (bag, badge, conference materials and proceedings);
  •     two lunches (30th June & 1st July);
  •     four coffee breaks (30th June & 1st July);
  •     welcome cocktail (29th June);
  •     free internet wi-fi connection during the conference;
  •     one-year membership of ERNAPE - ITALIA Association.
 
Note for Authors.
At least one author has to register for each presentation / poster  before April 30th in order to have it published in the Abstracts.

2) Credit Cards (via PayPal).
To pay conference fees online using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express), or your PayPal account, please use the direct buttons (see below). Please note that fees paid via credit card are slightly higher than those paid by check (a small charge for services - 4% - is included).
 
Instructions for paying via credit card/PayPal:
1. First, click the “Buy now” button according to your conference rates.  You will be re-directed to a PayPal page with your selected registration type in your cart;
2. Log-in on your Paypal account (optional; only if you have such account);
3. Review order and continue to confirm the payment;
4. Immediately following your payment, a receipt will be emailed to you by PayPal.
 
3) On-site registration.
On-site registration will take place at the Bicocca University, Building U6, ground floor.
Wednesday, June 29, 2.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m.
Thursday, June 30, 9.00 a.m. - 12.00 a.m.
Friday, July, 1, 9.00 a.m. - 12.00 a.m.
 
Upon receipt of the registration form and full payment, the ERNAPE Organising Committee will send an email confirmation (please allow about one week for processing!).

CONFERENCE RATES
The student rates apply to full time students only (Declaration of University stating full time status must be sent in electronic format by email with the registration form - otherwise it will not be considered). Please note that original declaration or Student ID card must be presented at welcome desk at the Conference.
 
The headmaster and school teacher status have to be documented in a similar way, through an official declaration.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel before May 15th, a 60 Euro administration charge will be kept.
If you cancel between May 16th and June 15th, only 50% of the total amount can be refunded. After June 16th no refund will be possible.
