If you cancel before May 15th, a 60 Euro administration charge will be kept.
If you cancel between May 16th and June 15th, only 50% of the total amount can be refunded. After June 16th no refund will be possible.

It is the policy of 8th ERNAPE Conference that all persons attending the meeting are required to register. Registration is not transferable.

At least one author has to register for each presentation / poster before April 30th in order to have it published in the Abstracts.

1. First, click the “Buy now” button according to your conference rates. You will be re-directed to a PayPal page with your selected registration type in your cart;
2. Log-in on your Paypal account (optional; only if you have such account);
3. Review order and continue to confirm the payment;
4. Immediately following your payment, a receipt will be emailed to you by PayPal.
3) On-site registration.
On-site registration will take place at the Bicocca University, Building U6, ground floor.

- free internet wi-fi connection during the conference;
- one-year membership of ERNAPE - ITALIA Association.

CONFERENCE RATES

student rates apply to full time students only (Declaration of
University stating full time status must be sent in electronic format
by email with the registration form - otherwise it will not be
considered). Please note that original declaration or Student ID card
must be presented at welcome desk at the Conference.
The headmaster and school teacher status have to be documented in a similar way, through an official declaration.
